Our commitment to you

At SRO Solutions, we pride ourselves on our client services and we remain committed to supporting clients throughout the extraordinary circumstances resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.

We want to reassure clients that all our services, processes and systems will remain in operation throughout the current crisis. As a technology company, we are well equipped to operate remotely and have taken all necessary steps to ensure the continuation of services should any travel or other restrictions be imposed.

 Support services – our support services continue to operate as usual. Our employees are enabled to work from home should the need arise.

Live projects and training – work on live projects will continue, though we appreciate that visits to clients’ sites may not be possible or appropriate in the current circumstances. Therefore we will agree on alternative arrangements with clients on a one by one basis, to ensure that your projects remain on track to help you meet your business goals.

Special circumstances – we recognise that this is a challenging time for many of our clients. If you have any queries or additional requirements, please do not hesitate to contact your SRO project manager.

We continue to follow all the current UK government advice to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and clients. We are monitoring the situation daily and will provide further updates as and when required.
