Support Services.

An approved IBM 'Level 1 Support Provider', SRO is committed to providing consistently available, dedicated support resources collectively possessing a broad, general degree of expertise for Maximo and our own product range, with a range of SLA's to meet and exceed the expectations of our growing international client base.

 

Training.

We offer a wide range of training services either at our Manchester training facility or onsite. Types of training include:

Bespoke Development.

Application customisation and bespoke interfaces between systems such as ERP, Purchase, Accounts. SRO also offer a range of reporting services including; various customised and complex reports utilising a range of reporting tools such as; Actuate, BIRT, Powerbuilder and Crystal.
