| SRO Sign Worldwide Reseller Agreement with MRO Software |

 Manchester, UK (February 6th 2006): SRO Solutions Ltd today announced it has signed a worldwide ‘Reseller Agreement' with MRO Software UK Ltd. Under the terms of the agreement, SRO will promote, licence, distribute, implement & support Maximo Asset and Service Management Software to the marine & shipping market.
