Course 4 - Root Cause Failure Analysis Manchester - 15th February 2007 1 day on RCFA step by step approach to identify those root causes Course 5 - Evaluating Different Spares Policies and Setting Re-Order Levels Manchester - 16th February 2007 Analyse high value spares with long lead times, other techniques covered based on probability and cost.
