BAE Systems
- Assisting in the selection process to procure a new CMMS package. Following selection, we then continued to assist in the management of the site wide data collection & cleansing exercise relating to the asset database. Preparing the migration plan to transfer data from a legacy system and subsequently merging this with the cleansed data. The system selected & implemented supports the compliance with maintenance Strategy arrangements including the NNRP and NII regulatory maintenance requirements for the Nuclear Licensed Site.

Corus
- Following completion of an internal RCM exercise for one of their high cost and complex Assets and as part of an ongoing maintenance improvement programme, Corus Rail Engineers opted to outsource specialist resources to further assist on the project and selected SRO Solutions Ltd for the task. In order to compile and plan the multiple PPM tasks, SRO's advised that it would be essential to implement an appropriate CMMS software product, not only to ensure the successful completion of this particular project but also for ongoing use and continuity in the future.

- DP World Southampton operates a sophisticated network of cranes, straddle carriers and auxiliary equipment which it uses to load and unload containers from ships and service lorries. Equipment breakdowns can cause massive problems, delaying goods in transit and incurring heavy maintenance and repair costs. The company wanted to find a way to improve maintenance performance, increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
